THE JOB:
As an experienced Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the frontline liaison for U.S.-based distributors and select direct accounts.
Your core focus will be coordinating orders, managing customer communication, and ensuring timely delivery of critical parts used in high-tech manufacturing. This is not an outbound sales role—it’s all about precision, responsiveness, and client support. SAP Hana will be used to generate reports, track shipments, and provide internal stakeholders with clear visibility into customer activity. Day-to-day you'd work closely with colleagues in Germany, Sweden, and Thailand to align timelines and expectations.
