Job Description: Skilled Mechanics – CAT and Cummins Large Bore Engines

We are seeking highly skilled mechanics with expertise in CAT and Cummins large bore engines to join our team. Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience and proficiency in dual fuel systems, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rebuild CAT and Cummins large bore engines from top to bottom.
• Perform a variety of tasks related to engine work, as well as other assigned duties.
• Utilize relevant software tools to support engine diagnostics and repairs effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Travel to various customer locations and provide field service as required.

Schedule and Working Conditions:

• Standard rotational schedule: 14 days on, 7 days off.
• Applicants may work beyond the standard rotation to increase earning potential.
• Day shift operations: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, depending on customer requirements.
• Expect 12-hour workdays, including a 1-hour lunch break.
• Flexibility for a 24-hour rotation schedule may be needed based on customer needs, and pay can be negotiated accordingly.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay range: $38–$55 per hour, based on experience and certifications.
• $38–$45: Highly qualified mechanics without OEM certifications but well-versed in engine and mechanical requirements.
• $45–$55: Mechanics meeting all requirements, including OEM certifications.
