A well-established fire protection and suppression company is immediately hiring an experienced Fire Sprinkler Project Manager in Roseville, CA to manage a variety of industrial / commercial / institutional fire sprinkler projects across the Greater Central Valley and surrounding areas.

Working primarily in office, the Fire Sprinkler Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects from start to finish, including but not limited to:

  • Preparing and maintaining all appropriate documentation;
  • Material and Equipment Takeoffs for Bid Spec, Design Build and Small-Large Job Quotes & Estimates for New Fire Sprinkler System installations, upgrades, and tenant Improvements projects;
  • Preparing RFI's, as-builts/close out documents;
  • Reviewing estimates and create construction schedules
  • Preparing change order pricing and manage site instruction documents
  • Preparing and executing start up packages for field staff and close out packages for clients, communicate with contractors, clients, and customers and update clients on the status of the project;
  • Closely monitoring and processing project variations and projects costs versus budget;
  • Managing bid requests and timelines;
  • Occasional Client Site Visits
  • Other related duties as assigned

 

SHIFT: Days, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Flexible to answer calls outside business hours pending operational needs

 

FIRE SPRINKLER PROJECT MANAGER JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least four (4) years Project Management experience with fire sprinkler systems (wet/dry/preaction/foam) of various project sizes
  • Proficient computer skills and experienced with computer programs, such as AutoCAD/Bluebeam, Procore, or other construction-based/project management software
  • Ability to perform quantity take-offs, prepare cost estimates, and develop detailed proposals
  • Strong leadership and technical skills
  • Customer-service oriented with a strong focus on developing and improving customer relationships
  • Able to read and interpret design drawings

 

COMPENSATION & COMPANY PERKS:

  • $80,000 - $120,000/year ++
