Sales Consultant – Marketplace Retail (B2B)
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote)

About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Consultant on behalf of a rapidly growing digital marketplace platform. This role focuses on expanding partnerships with high-volume retail sellers across categories such as electronics, furniture, and consumer goods.
You will be responsible for building new business relationships while managing and growing a portfolio of existing B2B clients. The role offers full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to closing deals and account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new retail sellers and high-volume merchants.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing B2B accounts.
- Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Drive revenue growth by selling marketplace advertising and promotional solutions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and sales forecasting through CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B outbound sales or business development.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle (prospecting → closing → account growth).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly target-driven with a history of exceeding sales KPIs.
- Experience selling digital advertising, marketplace solutions, or SaaS is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar tools.
