In-Home Sales Representative – Luxury Outdoor Living

Location: Remote-Based with Local In-Person Client Meetings
Compensation: $5,000/month (First 3 Months) + Uncapped Commission + Benefits
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday (Evenings Preferred) | Sundays & Most Mondays OFF

We’re hiring an In-Home Sales Representative on behalf of a premier luxury outdoor living company that specializes in high-end remodels—think pools, patios, outdoor kitchens, decks, and custom concrete work.

With 6–8 warm, qualified leads scheduled for you each week, your role is to show up, present the vision, and close the deal.

This position is perfect for self-starters with strong in-home sales experience—especially those with a background in athletics, performance-driven roles, or high-ticket consumer products.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Conduct 6–8 in-home sales consultations per week with pre-scheduled warm leads
  • Collaborate with the inside sales team to review customer profiles and prep presentation materials
  • Present tailored proposals and design solutions, recommend financing when applicable, and CLOSE the sale
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure each customer’s vision is delivered with excellence
  • Follow up throughout the customer lifecycle to support client satisfaction and referral opportunities
What You Bring:
  • 2+ years of successful in-home sales experience—ideally in home improvement, remodeling, or high-ticket items
  • Proven track record of closing deals in a one-call close or consultative setting
  • Comfort selling with financing options and handling paperwork digitally
  • Solid technical and organizational skills—ability to work independently and combine documents/PDFs for proposals
  • High energy, resilience, and a people-first approach to selling
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Pay: $5,000/month for the first 3 months to help you ramp up
  • Commission: 100% commission starts Day 1; based on project revenue (not margin)
  • Payout Structure: Paid in thirds—1/3 at contract signature, 1/3 at construction start, 1/3 at project completion
  • Benefits: Health insurance for employee, cell phone, $350/month fuel reimbursement, 401(k) options, bonus opportunities
