Loan Analyst / Deal Coordinator / Commercial Mortgage

Our client is a boutique commercial mortgage brokerage with over 30 years of industry experience, specializing in CRE, SBA, and construction financing. They're growing and looking for a long-term team member who wants to build something, not just fill a seat.


Responsibilities:


  • Analyze borrower information and deal packages to assess qualification and viability
  • Prepare and submit deals to lenders through company software
  • Shop deals across capital markets to secure the best available financing for clients
  • Collect, organize, and track borrower documentation from signed term sheet through closing
  • Respond to lender and underwriter requests throughout the deal lifecycle
  • Coordinate third-party reports including appraisals and environmental studies
  • Own your deals from submission to close


Qualifications:


Must Have

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software
  • Self-starter mentality — this is a growth role, not a hand-holding role

Nice to Have

  • Background in mortgage, commercial real estate, or related financing
  • Familiarity with CRE lending, SBA loans, or construction financing
  • Prior experience working in a brokerage or lender environment
