Our client is a boutique commercial mortgage brokerage with over 30 years of industry experience, specializing in CRE, SBA, and construction financing. They're growing and looking for a long-term team member who wants to build something, not just fill a seat.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze borrower information and deal packages to assess qualification and viability
- Prepare and submit deals to lenders through company software
- Shop deals across capital markets to secure the best available financing for clients
- Collect, organize, and track borrower documentation from signed term sheet through closing
- Respond to lender and underwriter requests throughout the deal lifecycle
- Coordinate third-party reports including appraisals and environmental studies
- Own your deals from submission to close
Qualifications:
Must Have
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software
- Self-starter mentality — this is a growth role, not a hand-holding role
Nice to Have
- Background in mortgage, commercial real estate, or related financing
- Familiarity with CRE lending, SBA loans, or construction financing
- Prior experience working in a brokerage or lender environment
