The Role


This London-based Sales Development Representative will play a key role in driving pipeline growth by identifying and engaging high-potential prospects. Working closely with a collaborative sales team, this individual will leverage both structured outreach and creative prospecting techniques to unlock new opportunities. The position offers strong mentorship, exposure to cutting-edge technology, and clear progression within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.


Responsibilities


  • Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities
  • Execute outbound outreach via phone, email, and social platforms
  • Conduct initial discovery to assess prospect fit and needs
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales team members
  • Communicate value propositions clearly and effectively
  • Collaborate on targeted account strategies to support revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM tools


Requirements

  • 1–2 years of sales experience, ideally within retail media or digital advertising
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) preferred
  • Fluency in German is required
  • Ability to work in-office in London Monday to Thursday
  • Willingness to travel as needed
