Location: Houston, Texas

Salary: $110-125k

Work Environment: Hybrid (4 in 1 out)

AMS Staffing, Inc. is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join one of its clients in Downtown Houston. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience managing a docket of cases independently and collaborating with paralegals. This candidate must have experience independently managing their own docket of personal injury cases.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Conducting discovery
• Entering billable time
• Performing legal research
• Preparing motions, orders, and other legal documents
• Experience with eDiscovery

Experience:

• 5+ years working with insurance defense matters.
