Our client is seeking a Litigation (Insurance Defense) Associate with 2-5 years of litigation experience and in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Responsibilities include:

• Work with a collegial team of lawyers on complex and commercial litigation matters.
• Handling and managing litigation files from inception through trial.
• Current cases involve cybersecurity, privacy, conspiracy and price-fixing allegations in various state and federal jurisdictions throughout the United States. 
• Preparing written discovery demands and responses, along with discovery motions. 
• Participate in deposition preparation and both taking and defending witness depositions.
• Draft extensive dispositive motions.
• Drafting reports and providing file analysis to the client and engaging in direct client contact.
• Attend court appearances for procedural motions, dispositive motions and trials.
