AMS Staffing, Inc. has partnered with a boutique family law firm in the Montrose area in search of a Family Law Attorney. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience handling family law matter from intake to settlement and/or trial. This candidate must have experience with managing all aspects of family law matters from inception to trial.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Managing a docket of Family Law Matters
• Conducting client intake on complex matters;
• Taking depositions;
• Preparing or attending trial;
• Attending mediations;

Experience:

• 3+ years at a reputable family law firm working as a paralegal managing a docket of family law matters.
