Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on closing deals and building lasting client relationships? Join our growing team as a Sales Executive focused on delivering high-impact staffing solutions to the hospitality industry and beyond. In this revenue-generating role, you'll leverage your hospitality insight and B2B sales expertise to win new business, expand existing accounts, and drive market penetration across hotels, restaurants, event venues, and manufacturing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the hospitality sector
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service usage across client departments and locations
- Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure account retention and satisfaction
- Conduct client site visits, presentations, and business reviews to assess performance and propose service enhancements
- Partner with recruiting teams to ensure successful talent delivery that meets client timelines and standards
- Monitor KPIs such as fill rates, turnover, and ROI to drive data-backed sales strategy
- Navigate billing discussions, resolve disputes, and support payroll coordination as needed
- Contribute to marketing campaigns, lead generation, and referral programs to accelerate growth
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing or hospitality
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and expanding accounts
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter mentality with comfort in high-paced, performance-driven environments
- Familiarity with CRMs, ATS platforms, and MS Office tools
- Local travel required
