Our client, a highly regarded national law firm, is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to support their Waco office.
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience in executive-level administrative support
- Proven ability to support multiple senior leaders simultaneously
- Strong calendar and schedule coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; adaptable to new tech tools
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Discreet with confidential information
- Experienced in arranging travel and processing expenses
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CCO’s complex calendar and coordinate schedules for advisory team members
- Screen communications and prioritize requests
- Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas and materials
- Draft and track consulting agreements and business development activities
- Assist with presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials
- Book travel and handle related logistics and expense reports
- Support executive meetings and company-wide projects as needed
