Job Description:

• An AV-rated government law firm client of ours, whose been helping Florida’s local governments solve their most challenging legal issues for over 50 years is looking to add an attorney to our Tampa office with 4+ years of litigation experience.
• Qualifications include membership in good standing in the Florida Bar, proficient and self-sufficient in pre-trial practice in both state and federal courts, personally handled expert depositions, discovery, mediation, hearings, and dispositive motions.
• Jury trial experience preferred.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills a must, and experience specific to state or local governments a plus.
