🛠 Role Description

You will join the IT Flat Carbon Europe division to support the upgrade of Local SAP from EHP5 to EHP7. The role involves close coordination with infrastructure (NTT & SAP BASIS) and development teams at Sestao.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute development tasks for SAP upgrade
• Coordinate with infra and dev teams to implement the migration
• Review and validate business needs
• Ensure system stability and interconnectivity with external tools
• Improve existing applications and support their evolution
• Optimize and standardize SAP environments
• Troubleshoot, improve stability, and support production roll-out

🧑‍💻 Candidate Requirements

✅ Technical Skills:

• SAP upgrade experience (especially EHP5 → EHP7)
• Strong ABAP development background
• Module knowledge: SAP SD, LO, MM, WM
• Experience with IDOCs, ALE, SAP OSS Notes
• ERP enhancement and release upgrade experience

✅ Functional Skills:

• Knowledge of quality and production management
• Experience in business process consultancy and Sales & Distribution
• Able to propose process solutions aligned with business owners
• Collaborate with global/internal teams and external integrators

✅ Soft Skills:

• Analytical thinker, ownership mindset
• Problem-solving and proactive approach

🌐 Language:

• Fluent in English (spoken, written, read)
