Job Description – Infrastructure & Resilience Architect
Mission
We are seeking an Infrastructure & Resilience Architect with expertise in cloud-native architecture on bare-metal deployments. The role focuses on high availability, replication, and system resilience for critical infrastructure.
Responsibilities

Define deployment solutions on bare-metal infrastructure, including installation, upgrades, and patches.
- Ensure minimal downtime during service interruptions and optimize deployments for private cloud environments.

Design high availability and real-time data replication solutions, as well as backup & restore strategies.

Specify network partitioning, perimeter security, and access control mechanisms.
- Integrate with monitoring, logging, telemetry, and alerting tools to ensure system performance and availability.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize scaling and resilience of microservices.
- Draft specifications and ensure business continuity and data security.
- Document best practices and system specifications.
Required Skills & Profile

Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures and microservices.

Proven expertise in real-time data replication and high-availability systems.
- Experience in writing specifications, requirements, and associated use cases.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills.
- Rigorous and quality-oriented mindset.

- Hybrid model: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote (3/5 split)
