Job Description – Infrastructure & Resilience Architect

Mission

We are seeking an Infrastructure & Resilience Architect with expertise in cloud-native architecture on bare-metal deployments. The role focuses on high availability, replication, and system resilience for critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Define deployment solutions on bare-metal infrastructure, including installation, upgrades, and patches.
  • Ensure minimal downtime during service interruptions and optimize deployments for private cloud environments.
  • Design high availability and real-time data replication solutions, as well as backup & restore strategies.
  • Specify network partitioning, perimeter security, and access control mechanisms.
  • Integrate with monitoring, logging, telemetry, and alerting tools to ensure system performance and availability.
  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize scaling and resilience of microservices.
  • Draft specifications and ensure business continuity and data security.
  • Document best practices and system specifications.

Required Skills & Profile

  • Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures and microservices.
  • Proven expertise in real-time data replication and high-availability systems.
  • Experience in writing specifications, requirements, and associated use cases.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Rigorous and quality-oriented mindset.

  • French (professional working proficiency)
  • English (fluent)

Location & Working Model

  • Primary location: Les Ulis, France
  • Hybrid model: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote (3/5 split)
  • No travel required
