Job Title: Tooling & Reporting Officer (Power BI / Azure DevOps)

Overview

We are seeking a Tooling & Reporting Officer to help optimise the IT department by creating and standardising data flows and building insightful reports using Power BI. You will be part of an ICT department of around 300 professionals and play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency through improved data visibility and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain (automated) processes to collect high-quality, standardised data in Azure DevOps.
• Maintain and expand the existing data model for reporting and analytics.
• Build and distribute Power BI reports to various stakeholders including digital teams, program managers, Scrum Masters, product owners, and financial controllers.
• Ensure that tools and reports are effectively embedded in project and process methodologies.
• Analyse reports and provide improvement proposals based on insights.
• Lead training and refresher sessions for stakeholders on tools and processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tooling support.
• Maintain and optimise Azure Boards and the 7Pace time registration tool.
• Automate repetitive tasks using Power Automate.
• Collaborate closely with finance and sourcing teams to develop a Dataverse-based solution for financial IT reporting, replacing the current application.

Profile

• Deep knowledge of tools and technologies such as:
• Power BI
• Azure DevOps
• Azure Data solutions (e.g., Fabric, Data Factory)
• Dataverse
• Power Platform
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical teams and senior management.
• Analytical mindset with a solution-driven approach to technical and operational challenges.
• Relevant certifications in data or Azure platforms are a plus.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in data modelling and Power BI reporting within complex environments.

Domain Knowledge

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.

Languages

• Dutch: Very good (spoken and written)
• English: Very good (spoken and written)
• French and German: Not required

Practical Notes

• Presence: Minimum 2 days per week onsite in Antwerp
• Hours: Full-time role
