Scrum Master – Brussels

We’re looking for a Scrum Master to drive delivery performance, foster Agile excellence, and ensure consistent quality throughout the development lifecycle. You’ll lead a motivated team, improve processes, and make sure every release meets its goals in terms of scope, quality, and timing.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure sprint commitments are met on time and with high quality.
• Lead Agile ceremonies – daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and remove blockers, coordinating closely with the Tech Lead and stakeholders.
• Track and report progress through Jira dashboards, burn-down charts, and delivery KPIs.
• Maintain backlog hygiene and enforce the Definition of Done and test coverage standards.
• Coach the team to foster accountability, ownership, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Documentation & Traceability

• Produce and maintain clear and structured technical and functional documentation.
• Ensure full traceability between requirements, user stories, defects, tests, and releases.
• Coordinate inputs from developers, testers, and architects to maintain consistent documentation.
• Manage document reviews, feedback, version control, and approvals effectively.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Support release readiness and seamless handover to testing and DevOps teams.
• Keep knowledge repositories (Confluence, SharePoint, etc.) organized and up to date.
• Capture and apply lessons learned from each sprint and release.
• Ensure all processes and deliverables meet internal and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in complex IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and tools like Jira, Confluence, ALM.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience maintaining documentation traceability and delivery compliance.
• A proactive mindset focused on collaboration, improvement, and delivery excellence.
