Overview

We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable IT Security Specialist to strengthen our IT Security team. This role centers on Incident Response and Identity & Access Management (IAM) and will involve active monitoring, management, and remediation of security events and access control processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, detect, and analyze security incidents across IT systems and applications
• Lead and coordinate incident response processes including containment, eradication, and recovery
• Conduct detailed documentation of incidents, including root cause analysis, mitigation steps, and lessons learned
• Manage recertifications for tools such as Web Proxies and Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) platforms
• Support the identification and remediation of IAM issues and exceptions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and response consistency

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools (3 years preferred)
• Solid understanding of incident management and security operations practices
• Familiarity with IAM technologies including:
• SailPoint IIQ
• OpenID Connect
• OAuth
• CyberArk
• Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in French or Dutch
• Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-disciplinary team
