Your Responsibilities
Are you passionate about providing top-tier application support and excelling in a dynamic team environment? We are seeking a skilled Core Application Support Engineer to join our team and ensure the seamless functionality of our core application, Miles, a specialized solution for the leasing industry.
Key Responsibilities in this role:
- Deliver high-quality support for our core application, focusing on two primary areas: Incident Management (Diagnosing and resolving technical issues) and Service Requests (e.g., addressing access requests and configuration changes).
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to support continuous production and operational excellence, e.g., by performing regular checks on the performance of our applications and supporting with production.
- Utilize Jira as a ticketing system for tracking and managing support requests.
- Collaborate with a close-knit team of four, with an office presence every Monday.
We are looking for someone with:
- A few years of hands-on experience in application support roles.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems such as Jira.

Profound SQL knowledge to handle database-related tasks effectively.

Fluency in English (mandatory), with proficiency in either French or Dutch.
