Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Medior Information Security Engineer to join our dynamic cybersecurity team. You will play a crucial role in detecting, analyzing, and resolving security incidents to protect our IT infrastructure and sensitive data.

As a key member of the Security Operations Center (SOC), you will be responsible for both monitoring and responding to threats, as well as strengthening our systems through continuous improvement of security tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively and reactively monitor security events and respond to breaches.
• Investigate suspicious activity across systems and networks and take remediating actions.
• Maintain, update, and tune Security Monitoring Tools to ensure robust defense mechanisms.
• Conduct penetration testing to identify and address vulnerabilities.
• Document, assess, and monitor all security incidents, including their scope and impact.
• Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen the security posture across the organisation.

Required Skills and Competencies

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Information Security.
• Proven track record in managing and resolving security breaches.
• Familiarity with working in a SOC environment.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Experience in modern endpoint management and security tools.
• Comfortable with penetration testing and vulnerability assessment.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and incident reporting skills.
