Job Opening: Solution Analysts (3 Profiles)

Location: Brussels or Antwerp (partial remote work possible)

We are looking for three experienced Solution Analysts. Each role requires a strong analytical mindset, solid communication skills, and proven experience in Agile environments.

Profile 1 – Solution Analyst “New Phygital Product”

You will work on the creation and delivery of a new phygital product within the NL insurance domain, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
• Design detailed Customer Journeys and UML diagrams.
• Collaborate closely with both Business and IT stakeholders.
• Support Guidewire integration and front-end development in an Agile context.

Requirements

• Experience with NL insurance products.
• Solid knowledge of Guidewire and front-end applications.
• Skilled in creating flows and UML diagrams.
• Agile methodology experience.
• Trilingual proficiency (fluent in three languages).
• No Mainframe knowledge required.

Profile 2 – Solution Analyst “Technical Improvements”

You will focus on optimizing technical operations, supporting delivery, and enabling application management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define requirements for technical deliveries and application management.
• Support release operations and implementation of initiatives.
• Analyze and improve IT processes.
• Coach Product Owners, Business Analysts, and IT Analysts.
• Work with packages and front-end applications.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in delivery and release operations.
• Agile methods and operational experience.
• Understanding of IT process improvement.
• Coaching experience within Agile teams.
• Fluency in English and one of the national languages.
• No Mainframe knowledge required.

Profile 3 – Solution Analyst “PMO”

You will oversee governance, monitoring, and reporting for multiple Agile teams, ensuring alignment and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage governance, monitoring, and reporting for 8 Agile teams.
• Track and report on KPIs.
• Propose improvements to IT operations.
• Support teams in following Agile best practices.

Requirements

• Expertise in governance, monitoring, and reporting.
• KPI definition and performance tracking experience.
• Agile methodology knowledge.
• Fluency in English and one of the national languages.
• No Mainframe knowledge required.
