How You’ll Contribute to Our Partner’s Success:
As a Purchasing Agent, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the supply chain and ensuring production teams have the materials and parts they need—on time and within budget. This position calls for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who’s comfortable managing vendor relationships and tracking orders in a fast-paced environment.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

Source and Procure Materials: Place and track orders for parts, components, and supplies used in manufacturing operations.

Vendor Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate pricing, ensure on-time delivery, and resolve any order discrepancies.

Inventory Awareness: Work closely with the inventory and production teams to forecast needs, reduce delays, and prevent shortages.

Documentation & Systems: Maintain accurate purchasing records, including POs, receipts, and pricing data—familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Communicate regularly with production, service, and finance departments to ensure procurement supports overall business goals.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
