How You’ll Contribute to Our Partner’s Success:

As an Executive Personal Assistant, you’ll provide high-level support across business and personal domains, including strategic scheduling, financial oversight, and executive problem-solving. Success in this role requires exceptional judgment, proactive communication, mastery of digital tools, and the ability to navigate complex priorities with discretion and professionalism.


  • Strategic Organization: Oversee calendars, coordinate meetings, and manage executive priorities to optimize efficiency and time management.


  • Financial Oversight: Support budgeting and cash flow, reconcile bank accounts, track and pay down credit cards, manage rental-related finances, assist with QuickBooks entries, invoice handling, and occasional personal financial tasks.


  • Executive Support and Coordination: Drive problem-solving initiatives, manage complex logistics, handle confidential matters, and execute key personal and professional arrangements.


  • Advanced Tech & Communication Management: Streamline communication, manage sensitive correspondence, organize digital assets, and assist with presentation or document prep at an executive level.
