How You'll Contribute to Our Partner's Success

As an Education & Training Manager with at least 3 years of experience managing competency systems in manufacturing, military, or industrial settings—preferably in food or CPG environments—you will play a key role in elevating workforce skills and supporting the site’s Factory Master Plan. Your background in TPM, Lean methodologies, and adult learning strategies—paired with technical aptitude and cross-functional leadership—will help drive operational excellence and performance across all functions.


You’ll design and implement technical training programs, build a strong SME trainer network, and ensure employees meet qualification standards through robust education systems.


  • Design and lead technical training programs to systematically build proficiency and close skill gaps across the workforce


  • Evaluate technical capabilities and analyze skill-related losses to develop targeted training aligned with the Factory Master Plan


  • Build and manage a digital technical library with standardized and accessible content to support on-demand learning


  • Establish and coach a network of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver effective training using adult learning methods


  • Create and deploy role-based learning cards and maintain skill matrices to ensure consistent qualification standards


  • Capture and document internal knowledge to reduce reliance on external vendors and strengthen internal capabilities


  • Support TPM by guiding Natural Work Teams and embedding skill management processes


  • Collaborate across departments to align training strategies with business goals and champion a culture of continuous improvement


  • Provide strategic input as part of the plant leadership team and contribute to special projects as needed
