About the Role

As the Office Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the firm. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. You will oversee administrative functions, support leadership, and contribute to the firm’s continued success by ensuring operational efficiency and excellent client service.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a collaborative office setting. Experience in professional services or public accounting is preferred, though not required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization
  • Manage client communications, scheduling, and administrative support for partners and staff
  • Coordinate and maintain office systems, supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and other bookkeeping tasks as needed
  • Support HR functions including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating benefits
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations for leadership
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and client-focused office environment
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal staff and external clients
