A manufacturing company is seeking a Shop Ambassador to support daily operations within the CNC department. This role is hands on and based on the shop floor, working closely with operators and supervisors to ensure jobs are moving correctly through production.

The ideal candidate has experience in CNC or a similar manufacturing environment and understands how production workflows operate. This person will help keep jobs organized, ensure accurate tracking, and step in to resolve issues that may affect production flow.

This is a key role for someone who is organized, detail oriented, and comfortable being on the floor, managing multiple moving parts, and keeping operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations on the CNC shop floor

• Ensure jobs are properly entered, tracked, and completed

• Work directly with operators and supervisors

• Help maintain smooth workflow and production efficiency

• Identify and address issues impacting production

• Ensure accuracy of job details and tracking

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a CNC or manufacturing environment required

• Strong understanding of shop floor workflows

• Highly organized and detail oriented

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple jobs

• Comfortable working in a fast paced, hands on environment
