The Machine Learning Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying production ready machine learning systems that power data driven products. This is a hands-on role that owns the full lifecycle, from problem definition and model development to deployment and ongoing performance monitoring.
The ideal candidate understands both the science behind machine learning and the engineering required to build scalable, reliable systems. This role has direct impact on product innovation, operational efficiency, and long term business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, train, and optimize machine learning models for real world applications
• Deploy models into scalable, production grade environments
• Build end to end pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, training, and evaluation
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve outcomes
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets
• Implement best practices for feature engineering and model selection
• Build APIs and services to operationalize ML models
• Manage model lifecycle including monitoring and retraining strategies
• Partner with cross functional teams to translate business needs into ML solutions
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of hands-on Machine Learning Engineering experience required
• Strong Python proficiency
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Experience deploying ML models into production environments
• Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and optimization
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience building and managing data pipelines at scale
• Experience with time series forecasting required
• Experience working with big data required
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and own projects end to end
