A growing company is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator (Advanced Excel & Takeoff Software) to prepare accurate and detailed project cost estimates. This role requires someone who is highly skilled in estimating, comfortable working independently, and able to manage the full estimating process with minimal training.

The ideal candidate has strong experience reviewing project plans, calculating costs, and maintaining organized documentation. Advanced Excel skills and experience with takeoff software are essential, as this role involves building precise estimates and supporting project planning and bidding efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project plans and scope to develop cost estimates

• Calculate labor, materials, and overall project costs

• Utilize takeoff software to generate accurate measurements

• Maintain organized spreadsheets and estimating documentation

• Support project planning and bidding processes

• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all estimates

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an estimator required

• Advanced Excel skills required

• Experience using takeoff software required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Masonry experience a plus
