The Outside Sales role is a field-based position focused on expanding the customer base within the electrical supply industry. The ideal candidate will be energetic, motivated, and skilled at building strong relationships with contractors and electricians. This position offers a base salary plus High Commission, providing excellent earning potential for a results-driven salesperson.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and sign up contractors, electricians, and related businesses.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Promote electrical materials and services to new and existing accounts.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets.
• Collaborate with management to identify opportunities and implement strategies.
• Represent the company professionally while traveling within the Tri-State area.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience (electrical supply industry experience strongly preferred).
• Knowledge of electrical materials and products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of success.
• Ability to travel regularly within the Tri-State area.

Location: Tri-State Area

Salary: $50,000/year +High Commission
