A fast growing and award winning IT and low voltage services company is seeking an experienced Low Voltage Procurement Specialist to oversee purchasing and procurement operations for commercial low voltage projects. This office based role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are properly supplied, materials are ordered efficiently, and procurement processes support successful project execution.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in the low voltage industry and understands the materials commonly used in CCTV, access control, structured cabling, networking, AV, and related systems. This individual will work closely with vendors, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure materials are purchased accurately, delivered on time, and managed cost effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage purchasing and procurement for commercial low voltage projects
• Ensure materials are ordered accurately and proactively to support project timelines
• Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records
• Take ownership of the company's procurement process from purchasing through material coordination
• Place orders, track shipments, and manage procurement schedules
• Coordinate closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely material availability
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and purchasing efficiencies
• Follow established purchasing procedures and improve procurement workflows where appropriate
• Support project teams by ensuring materials are available when needed
Qualifications:
• 3–5+ years of purchasing, procurement, or material coordination experience within the low voltage industry required
• Experience supporting commercial low voltage projects required
• Low voltage field or management experience is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of CCTV, access control, structured cabling, networking, AV, and related infrastructure
• Familiarity with low voltage products, materials, and manufacturers
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Proactive problem solving mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to take ownership of established purchasing processes
