How You'll Contribute to Our Partner's Success

As an FSQA Manager with 3+ years of experience in the egg, poultry, or protein industry, you will play a critical role in ensuring food safety and quality across a dynamic supply chain. In this remote role with regular travel, you’ll lead audits, manage compliance, and serve as the primary point of contact for food safety across third-party logistics (3PL) and partner sites. Your deep knowledge of industry regulations, strong communication skills, and proactive mindset will help drive continuous improvement and protect product integrity from farm to customer.


You’ll oversee quality standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain strong partnerships with co-packers, 3PLs, and clients.


  • Conduct routine audits and site visits to 3PLs and co-packers to verify compliance with FDA, USDA, SQF, HACCP, and animal welfare standards


  • Manage CAPAs, food safety documentation, and support internal quality systems and traceability requirements


  • Act as the client-facing expert on FSQA matters, representing the company during inspections, audits, and customer interactions


  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues, address non-conformances, and drive food safety initiatives across partner sites
