How you'll contribute to our Partner's success:

As an integral part of the accounting team, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations at the Delano office. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help ensure smooth and accurate processing of vendor transactions in a fast-paced environment.

• Invoice Processing & Verification: Receive, review, and match invoices using a three-way match process to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Payment Preparation: Assist with weekly check runs and prepare vendor checks in a timely and organized manner.

• Vendor Management: Maintain accurate vendor records, including setup, updates, and communication.

• Software & Communication Skills: Utilize Famous Software, MS Office, and your bilingual abilities to collaborate effectively across departments. Prior experience with Famous Software is a must!
