How you'll contribute to our Partner's success:
As Construction Superintendent, you will lead and coordinate daily jobsite operations for multi-family housing and hotel construction projects. You will ensure adherence to schedules, safety standards, and quality expectations while managing subcontractors and communicating with internal teams.

Schedule & Coordinate: Direct and schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to maintain project timelines.

Jobsite Oversight: Walk units daily, monitor safety, enforce cleanliness, and ensure work aligns with plans and codes.

Quality & Compliance: Identify and resolve issues, ensure subcontractor compliance, and oversee all inspections and punch list items.

Team Communication: Manage RFIs, ASIs, submittals, and lead subcontractor meetings to keep projects moving smoothly.
What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in multi-family or hospitality construction.
- Strong ability to read blueprints and coordinate project execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Procore is highly preferred.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
