How You’ll Contribute to Our Partner’s Success

As a Temporary Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk, you will support the accounting team by ensuring that invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Accurately process and verify vendor invoices and supporting documents
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
  • Prepare payments, including check runs and ACH transactions
  • Maintain organized records of accounts payable transactions
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and respond to inquiries
  • Assist with reconciling vendor statements and ensuring accurate records
  • Support the accounting team with general administrative and clerical tasks as needed
