Job Title: Project Manager or Construction Superintendent – Ground-Up Hotel Construction

Location: Anchorage, Alaska and Wasilla, Alaska

Relocation + Housing Provided

Our client, a well-established general contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up hotel construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven construction professional to take the lead on high-profile hospitality builds from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of ground-up hotel construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel with a strong emphasis on scheduling and safety
  • Coordinate project logistics, inspections, and compliance with building codes and local regulations
  • Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain alignment
  • Ensure daily reports, project documentation, and progress updates are accurate and timely
  • Lead site meetings, enforce safety procedures, and uphold jobsite cleanliness and organization

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in ground-up construction, specifically within hospitality/hotel projects
  • Proven leadership in either a Superintendent or Project Manager role
  • Strong understanding of construction plans, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to relocate to the project site (housing will be provided)
  • OSHA certification preferred
