Our client, a well-established general contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up hotel construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven construction professional to take the lead on high-profile hospitality builds from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of ground-up hotel construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel with a strong emphasis on scheduling and safety
- Coordinate project logistics, inspections, and compliance with building codes and local regulations
- Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain alignment
- Ensure daily reports, project documentation, and progress updates are accurate and timely
- Lead site meetings, enforce safety procedures, and uphold jobsite cleanliness and organization
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in ground-up construction, specifically within hospitality/hotel projects
- Proven leadership in either a Superintendent or Project Manager role
- Strong understanding of construction plans, scheduling, and budgeting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to relocate to the project site (housing will be provided)
- OSHA certification preferred
