How You'll Contribute to Our Partner's Success

As a hands-on Pullet Production Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of pullet site operations, ensuring optimal bird health, team performance, and regulatory compliance. To succeed, you should have at least two years of supervisory experience, poultry or large-scale animal agriculture knowledge, and strong skills in leadership, problem-solving, and communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management systems is essential, and bilingual ability in English and Spanish is a plus.

• Flock Oversight: Manage day-to-day pullet production, ensuring bird health, environmental controls, vaccinations, and animal welfare standards are consistently met.

• Team Leadership & Training: Mentor and train Flock Managers and site staff on best practices, safety protocols, and equipment operation for optimal flock performance.

• Operational Management: Oversee budgets, feed programs, supply chain logistics, and maintenance scheduling to drive production efficiency.

• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain biosecurity, safety, and environmental compliance while ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

• Emergency Response: Respond to and resolve environmental control alarms, including on-call responsibilities for overnight and weekend needs.
