How You'll Contribute to Our Partner's Success

As an Assistant Hatchery Manager with experience in poultry operations and a passion for production efficiency, you will play a key role in supporting hatchery performance and team coordination. Your ability to manage schedules, maintain biosecurity standards, and lead a productive team environment will ensure the timely delivery of high-quality chicks and contribute to the success of the overall operation.

You’ll assist with day-to-day hatchery operations, monitor incubation and chick processing, and promote a safe, organized, and high-performing workplace.


  • Collaborate with the hatchery manager to plan production schedules, equipment needs, and supply orders


  • Assign and oversee daily tasks such as egg candling, incubation, cleaning, and sanitation


  • Monitor incubation and processing equipment to ensure proper function and efficiency


  • Ensure strict adherence to biosecurity protocols and workplace safety policies


  • Inspect eggs and chicks, monitor hatching progress, and determine accurate pull times


  • Maintain accurate records of production data, maintenance schedules, and inventory levels


  • Train hatchery staff on standard operating procedures and troubleshoot operational issues


  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and ensuring humane handling of birds
