About the Role

As the Executive Director, you will serve as the chief administrative leader, overseeing strategy, fundraising, operations, financial management, and community engagement. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will partner closely with the artistic leadership to ensure both artistic and organizational excellence while advancing the organization’s mission.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic and visionary leader with nonprofit or arts administration experience, strong fundraising and financial management skills, and a passion for building community partnerships. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and execute long-term organizational goals in partnership with the Board of Directors
  • Lead fundraising efforts including major gifts, sponsorships, grants, and annual campaigns
  • Oversee financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure sustainability
  • Manage day-to-day operations and supervise staff, volunteers, and contractors
  • Drive marketing, branding, and public relations to expand visibility and audience engagement
  • Serve as the public representative of the organization, cultivating relationships with donors, patrons, and community stakeholders
  • Partner with artistic leadership to deliver excellence in programming
  • Support Board development, governance, and effective decision-making
