How You Will Contribute to Our Partner’s Success:

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and executive team, overseeing all financial functions of the organization, including immediate capital planning, budgeting, cash flow management, pricing strategy, compliance, and systems integration. You will play a vital role in ensuring financial transparency, driving operational efficiency, and leading the evolution of a fully integrated finance function that supports aggressive growth in the specialty egg and food manufacturing space.

• Oversee plant financing and construction draw reporting for the company’s new breaker facility; manage lender relationships and cash flow dashboards to ensure budget adherence
• Lead development of live carton costing models and manage cost-plus contracts in response to shifting commodity indices; provide actionable margin recommendations across retail and breaker product lines
• Own the annual budget process, rolling 12-week cash forecast, and 3-year financial model; translate insights into strategic priorities for the Board and operations leadership
• Bring tax preparation and audit readiness in-house, reducing reliance on external CPAs; lead a clean GAAP audit with minimal adjustments
• Integrate key platforms (MTech, Maximus, QuickBooks/Business Central) to create a unified, accurate financial reporting environment; automate costing and yield analytics
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team; mentor current staff while developing future roles including controller, cost accountant, and BI/IT support aligned with core values of Competitive Greatness, Sincere Candor, and Unimpeachable Character
