About the Role

As the Human Resources Manager, you will have full ownership of the HR department, overseeing all aspects of human resources, including payroll processing, onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, and employee relations. You will serve as a trusted partner to leadership, ensuring HR policies and practices align with the company’s strategic goals while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, developing teams, and making a lasting impact.

The ideal candidate has strong HR generalist experience, proficiency with Workday or a similar HRIS platform, and the ability to work both strategically and tactically.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all HR operations, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate employee records, leveraging Workday for reporting and analytics
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with company goals
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Support performance management, employee engagement, and professional development initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR-related matters
  • Manage recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new hires
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness
