How You’ll Contribute to Our Partner’s Success:

As a Business Litigation Attorney within the Litigation Department, you’ll manage complex business litigation cases and deliver tailored legal solutions for clients. Qualifications include a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, active membership in good standing with the California State Bar, and 5+ years of business litigation experience.

• Case Management: Handle a diverse range of business litigation cases, including contract disputes and intellectual property conflicts, from pre-litigation through trial or settlement.

• Litigation Strategy: Develop and execute winning strategies, representing clients in state and federal courts, arbitration, and mediation.

• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide high-quality legal solutions while meeting tight deadlines.
