How You’ll Contribute to Our Partner’s Success
As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you’ll play a key leadership role in guiding the financial strategy of the organization. Your ability to lead, forecast, and collaborate cross-functionally will directly support operational excellence and strategic growth.
- Provide financial leadership and direction across all departments
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
- Oversee accounting operations, including job costing, WIP reporting, and cash flow management
- Monitor key financial metrics and deliver actionable insights to the executive team
- Ensure regulatory compliance with GAAP, tax filings, and industry standards
- Manage banking relationships, capital structure, and investment strategies
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team
