How You Will Contribute to Our Partner’s Success:
As a hands-on Feed Mill Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead daily repair and preventive maintenance operations, ensure equipment reliability, and support facility-wide safety and compliance initiatives while working closely with cross-functional teams and third-party partners. To succeed, you should have 5+ years of experience in maintenance at a medium to large facility, possess strong trade skills across HVAC, electrical, and fabrication, and demonstrate proven leadership capabilities. A degree in Engineering or technical certification is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with flexibility for emergency or off-shift support, are essential.

Maintenance Operations: Oversee daily maintenance and preventive schedules for all mill and production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Lead root cause analysis for failures and implement corrective actions.

Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance staff while managing staffing, scheduling, performance issues, and safety adherence. Provide on-the-floor leadership and ensure work areas meet GMP and safety standards.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities align with OSHA, USDA, EPA, FDA, HAZMAT, and other regulatory requirements. Lead safety programs including confined space, lift systems, and air monitoring, while maintaining complete compliance records.

Facilities Planning & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate facility improvements, expansions, and equipment upgrades. Manage contractor labor, negotiate with vendors, and oversee CAPEX projects aligned with budget and operational priorities.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate maintenance records, inventory logs, and work orders. Support EMS and sustainability goals by driving process improvements that reduce environmental impact and ensure pollution prevention.
