A growing company is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead all people operations and support company growth. This role requires someone who can take full ownership of HR functions including recruiting, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.

The HR Director will work closely with leadership to build structure, guide hiring decisions, and implement scalable HR systems. This position requires strong judgment, leadership ability, and the confidence to make independent decisions that impact the organization.

The ideal candidate has senior level HR experience, has owned recruiting processes, and is comfortable operating both strategically and hands on in a fast paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage all HR functions across the company

• Lead recruiting strategy and oversee hiring processes

• Support leadership with organizational planning and decision making

• Oversee employee relations and performance management

• Establish HR systems, policies, and procedures

• Ensure compliance and proper HR operations


Qualifications:

• Strong HR experience required (7+ years preferred)

• Experience owning recruiting and talent acquisition

• Proven leadership and decision making ability

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to operate both strategically and hands on

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities


Location: Lakewood, NJ

Type: Part time

Salary: $120,000–$150,000/year
