As a Shop Ambassador, you’ll serve as a crucial point of contact between shop employees and the PMO team, playing a vital role in ensuring seamless communication, efficient operations, and a positive team environment. You will assist with system usage, troubleshoot issues, collect valuable feedback, and more. This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of processes and tools, and a passion for helping others succeed on the production floor. You’ll help optimize workflows, proactively address challenges, and contribute to a collaborative and productive work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist shop employees with questions and provide clear, effective guidance on software and tools.
- Demonstrate system features and workflows to ensure proper understanding and usage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues on the spot, escalating to the PMO team when necessary.
- Submit formal tickets for feedback, suggestions, or new project ideas from shop employees.
- Collaborate effectively with other Shop Ambassadors and department staff to maintain smooth shop operations.
- Serve as a vital communication bridge, ensuring information flows efficiently between shop staff and support teams.
Requirements:
- Strong familiarity with products and processes (or a willingness to learn quickly and comprehensively).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
- Strong problem-solving ability and meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable working both independently and as an integral part of a team.
- Proficient in using computers and production-related software.
