Join a leading manufacturing company where technology and production work hand in hand to drive operational excellence. The Shop Ambassador will play a key role on the shop floor, ensuring that manufacturing systems are used correctly and consistently across departments.

This role serves as the bridge between production teams and internal technology groups, helping identify issues, communicate operational needs, and support smooth system usage. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with operators, supervisors, and managers while ensuring systems and processes are functioning efficiently.

This position is ideal for someone who understands manufacturing workflows, enjoys solving problems, and can support teams by helping them properly use internal systems and tools to keep production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day to day use of production software on the shop floor

• Serve as the primary contact for system related questions and issues

• Identify and document system issues and improvement opportunities

• Assist with testing and rollout of system updates and changes

• Train and support operators and supervisors on system usage

• Ensure production data is accurate and consistently used

• Help prioritize operational issues impacting production

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment

• Strong understanding of shop floor workflows

• Comfortable supporting and training production teams

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Detail oriented with a problem solving mindset

• Ability to collaborate with operations, IT, engineering, and software teams
