Lateral Associate

Schedule: Onsite or Hybrid (varies by office); full-time with standard AmLaw 20 billable expectations (~2,000+ annually)
Salary: Estimated base range of $215,000 to $380,000 depending on office location and class year, plus performance-based bonuses.

The team handles acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and leasing transactions across multiple asset classes, including commercial, retail, industrial, and mixed-use projects.
Description:
You will represent clients in complex real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, joint venture agreements, and financing documents. The role includes conducting due diligence, managing closings, and advising on land use, zoning, and title matters. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects in major U.S. markets, collaborate across practice groups, and build relationships with sophisticated market participants.
