THE JOB

The General Manager will lead and grow the St. Louis market with full responsibility for sales performance, operational execution, team development, and market-level P&L results.

This leader will serve as the sales driver, operations overseer, and culture setter for the territory. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and wants to build something meaningful with autonomy and support from ownership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop long-term relationships with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients
  • Drive revenue growth and expand market presence
  • Build referral pipelines and community visibility
  • Oversee roofing projects from signed contract through completion
  • Coordinate with estimating and production teams to ensure accuracy and profitability
  • Track and manage market-level P&L performance
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor sales and project management staff
  • Hire and oversee production team members in the market
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and protect company reputation


This role combines front-line sales leadership with operational oversight. The General Manager is expected to lead from the front while driving revenue while building a scalable, accountable team.


THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in roofing sales and/or roofing operations leadership
  • Strong closing ability with a demonstrated business development mindset
  • Experience managing a P&L and driving profitability
  • Track record of hiring, leading, and developing teams
  • Strong process discipline and CRM utilization experience (JobNimbus preferred)
  • Experience overseeing residential and/or commercial roofing projects
  • Ability to manage insurance claim processes when needed
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mentality
  • High accountability and results orientation
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with field presence


THE BENEFITS

  • Base Salary starting at $100k annually (based on experience)
