Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a unified marketing strategy aligned with company goals and growth targets.
- Oversee the marketing calendar and budget, ensuring all initiatives are on time and within scope.
- Manage the execution of brand, digital, content, PR, and campaign initiatives to maintain consistent messaging.
- Ensure a compelling and cohesive brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
- Drive demand generation, lead acquisition, and performance marketing strategies.
- Guide content development to support storytelling, engagement, and conversion goals.
- Lead, mentor, and support the marketing team to foster collaboration and accountability.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.
- Develop and implement marketing KPIs and dashboards to track ROI and inform decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, and Management to align marketing with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in building marketing teams and executing multi-channel marketing programs.
- Strong knowledge of brand building, digital marketing platforms, and growth strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide decisions and demonstrate impact.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative work style.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Passion or experience in design, interiors, or lifestyle branding is an asset.
