A growing property management office in Boro Park is seeking a Full Time highly organized and professional Property Management Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure smooth communication between tenants, vendors, and management. The ideal candidate will have prior office experience, strong administrative skills, Great communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The Property Management Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, assisting with tenant relations, coordinating vendor services, and supporting property management staff with scheduling, reporting, and general office tasks. This position offers the opportunity to grow within a dynamic property management team.




Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate communication between tenants, vendors, and management
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Support property management staff with scheduling, reporting, and documentation
  • Help ensure smooth operations of multiple properties
  • Handle tenant inquiries professionally and efficiently



Qualifications:

  • Prior office experience required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work with a mixed an varied team
  • Professional and reliable
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mixed property management environment



Location: Boro Park, NY



Salary: $65,000
