THE JOB

This is not your typical sales role. As a Commercial Project Manager, you’ll own the entire process from pipeline to project close-out—managing everything from estimating and bidding to client relationships, installation oversight, and final invoicing. You’ll be supported by a local business development rep and estimator, while also contributing to new business growth.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage 10–15 inbound commercial roofing leads per month
  • Estimate projects and produce client proposals
  • Oversee execution from kickoff to invoice, working with in-house crews and vendors
  • Meet Sales Quotas
  • Represent the brand locally and build rapport with clients and vendors
  • Meet in-person with your team twice a week; the rest is up to you—field, home office, wherever you get it done


THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have commercial roofing experience (residential-only backgrounds will not be considered)
  • Proven ability to manage commercial roofing projects from sale to close
  • Experience with estimating software, roofing systems, and construction project management
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and responsibility
  • Comfortable working both in the field and from a home/remote setup
  • Strong communicator with a “get it done” mindset
  • Based near St Louis, MO
